Your first suite
A project is one contact flow. Its workspace walks you through six stages in order: Flow, Grammar, Evolve, Suite, Run and Results. Each one shows what it needs before you can move on.
In the console
Section titled “In the console”- Projects › New project. Import the flow from your Connect instance, or upload a Connect export or cxblueprint output. Importing from Connect links the project to the live flow, which is what lets you run tests there later.
- Grammar › Generate. Diteko reads the flow and writes a grammar of what a caller can do. You can edit it as BNF or as JSON; see grammars.
- Evolve. Pick a run size (Quick, Standard or Thorough) and what the suite should be good at, and start the run. Quick takes under a minute.
- Suite. Choose how many tests to keep and how to order them. Each test reads as a call: what the caller hears, what they press, how the call ends.
- Export the suite as an Excel test script, Connect native test cases or JSON, or go on to run it on Connect.
From Python
