This licence covers the Diteko server: the container image published as
ghcr.io/lehlohonolo-sehako/diteko, the software in it, and the self-hosting files
distributed with it ("the Software"). The Diteko Python package (clients/python) is
licensed separately under the MIT licence in that folder. Third-party components in the
Software remain under their own licences, listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.
1. Grant. The licensor grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide,
revocable licence to download, install and run the Software, and to use it for any
purpose, including commercial testing work, for your own organisation and its
employees and contractors acting for it.
2. Restrictions. You may not:
(a) sell, rent, lease, sublicense or redistribute the Software, or any modified
version of it, to anyone outside your organisation;
(b) offer the Software to third parties as a hosted or managed service, or as part
of one, where they use its functionality without running their own copy;
(c) remove or obscure any licence, copyright or attribution notice in the Software;
(d) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent
that applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction.
3. Your responsibility for connected services. The Software can create and run tests
on an Amazon Connect instance using credentials you supply, and those executions are
billed to your AWS account. You choose which instance, credentials and API key
scopes it uses, and you are responsible for the resulting charges and for having the
right to test the systems you point it at.
4. No warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5. Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, INCLUDING CHARGES INCURRED
WITH CLOUD OR TELEPHONY PROVIDERS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS,
ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.
6. Termination. This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you
must stop using the Software and delete your copies. Sections 3 to 7 survive.
7. Governing law. This licence is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa,
and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over any dispute about it.
Any right not expressly granted here is reserved by the licensor. For other terms,
including redistribution or hosting for others, contact the licensor.
